Nepali Orphans

Nepali orphans are sponsored to attend post secondary school and vocational training.

For well over a decade, Nepal has been in political turmoil.  This has resulted in many Nepali children losing one or both parents.  Sometimes a mother is forced to cast her children out onto the street when she remarries.  Extreme poverty can often mean that parents simply cannot feed their children. If children are fortunate enough to be taken in by an orphanage, what happens when they finish grade 10?  Again, the black abyss of poverty and hopelessness opens before these youth.

With education, or vocational training, however, they can create a future for themselves.
